The TH-2040-VTR is an ideal mount for fixing your screen close to the wall, with excellent adjustment capabilities. Despite being highly durable, this wall mount doesn’t mean you have to compromise on display flexibility or ease of adjustment. The range of movements includes 20 degree infinite display adjustment in any direction and portrait to landscape rotation. This ensures you can create the best viewing angle for your display and eliminate problems such as screen glare. It also features a quick release mechanism for easy installation, screen changing and maintenance.
The TH-2040 mount will support screens weighing up to 25kg, or 55 pounds. Installation is fast and simple, with all hardware included.
To install the mount, first attach the wall plate. Use a spirit level to ensure the Wall plate is straight. Mark the hole positions on the wall and attach the plate following the instructions in the installation manual for your type of wall – masonry or timber stud.
Next, attach the VESA plate to your display. This mount will support different VESA mounting hole patterns ranging from 3 by 3 inches, that’s 75 by 75 mm to 8 by 8 inches, that’s 200 by 200 mm. This flexibility enables a wider choice of monitor.
Simply choose the correct mounting screws from the installation kit to fit the VESA plate to your display.
To attach the display to the wall plate, hook the top of the VESA Plate onto the mounting head that has already been fixed to the wall. Push the bottom of the display gently until you hear a ‘CLICK’.
The TH-2040 features our Quick Release mechanism which makes installation fast and easy. It also allows you to quickly remove or attach the screen at anytime for maintenance.
You can also enhance theft resistance by inserting a security screw onto the Quick release head.
When installing your display, it’s important that the tension of the ball joint mechanism matches the weight of your TV. You can adjust this using the special tool supplied. If you wish to lock the TV in position, tighten the tension plate firmly.
Finally, you can adjust screen position for maximum viewing comfort. This mount features a unique ball joint mechanism that allows you to rotate and adjust your screen for any viewing angle up to 20 degrees in any direction. You can also change the display mode from portrait to landscape.
