60 day ‘change of mind’ policy for your peace of mind

Change of mind returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Atdec product you can return provided the product was purchased through atdec.com. Just follow our simple 4-step Return procedure

Please note that the returned products should satisfy the following conditions:

  • the invoice date is not over 60 days
  • the original product contents are complete and contained in the original Atdec packaging
  • no shipping labels attached to the product box
  • the Atdec product is not damaged or marked in any way and has not been used
  • the original packaging is not damaged and is in good order
  • all packing materials, manuals, CDs (if any), fixing hardware, tools, parts, and other accessories and documentation that come with your Atdec product must be included
  • you must re-pack the Atdec product, including its original packaging, into a new outer package of heavy duty plastic or cardboard. This will protect it during the return freight process and help ensure the product arrives back at Atdec in resale condition.

If any of these five points are not satisfied we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the original price you paid.

If the shipping carton of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage then you must refuse the shipment and email us immediately at customercare@atdec.com. In this case, we will process a refund for you as soon as we receive the return. You don’t have to organise a return for refused product.
