Mount Finder Disclaimer

We have created this Mount Finder to help you choose the right mount for your TV or monitor. By the right mount, we mean a mount that can:

1. Carry the weight of your screen; and
2. Can attach properly to the back of your screen.

The Mount Finder is in no way designed to suggest or recommend which Atdec mount is right for you or for your desired application.

Please understand that the information we use to create this Mount Finder is based on what is supplied to us by the actual manufacturers of flat screens, such as Visio, Samsung, etc. Whilst we make every effort to check that the information they provide us is correct it is sometimes (although very rarely) wrong. As such we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the Atdec mount you chose via the Mount Finder will be compatible with your screen in regards to weight and mounting hole pattern. Thus our mount Finder should be used as a guide only.

So please check your screen carefully by reading the product’s technical specifications and consult with the manufacturer to confirm how much the screen weighs (without the stand) and what is the actual mounting hole pattern on the rear of the screen. You may even have to measure the distance between the four mounting holes on the rear of the screen yourself. Then match this information to the Atdec mount specifications as published on the Atdec.com website product page. Only by following this careful procedure can you be 100% confident that our mount matches your screen in regards to weight carrying capacity and mounting hole pattern compatibility.

In the event that you choose an Atdec mount using our Mount Finder and the information we provide you on your screen is incorrect and you do not check the mounting hole pattern on the rear of the screen yourself, and you find you cannot attach our mount then you can return your Atdec mount for a full refund less the cost of the return freight (please refer to our Returns Procedure).

In the event that you choose an Atdec mount using our Mount Finder and the information we provide you on your screen is incorrect and you do not check the weight of your screen yourself, and your screen is in fact too heavy for your Atdec mount, you can return your Atdec mount for a full refund less the cost of the return freight (please refer to our Returns Procedure). However if you have mounted your screen under these circumstances and the mount is damaged or marked in any way due to the mount having been used or the screen being too heavy, or you cannot salvage some of the parts or mounting hardware, you will not be able to return your mount for a refund.

So unfortunately Atdec will not be liable for any cost, loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with any Atdec product or its use or the Atdec Mount Finder or its use.
