Our shipping policies
Shipping and estimated delivery time from our fulfillment center in Washington state
Customers in the 48 contiguous USA states will have their purchases shipped via FedEx Ground® for a minimal charge of $9.95. Your product will typically take 1–5 business days to arrive.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii can select from a range of FedEx services available in your area. Customers in Canada are served by FedEx International Ground®. Freight charges to our Canadian, Alaskan, and Hawaiian customers will be calculated based on total order weight and destination.
We ship quickly! If you place your order before 12:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) we will ship that same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.
Please note that Atdec will ship your product within the specified timeframe but we have no control over courier services. Due to on-going disruptions in logistics FedEx cannot guarantee specific delivery time at this stage.
Our North American distribution center is dedicated to USA and Canada, and ships only to street addresses.
We do not ship to:
- Countries other than USA and Canada
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- US territories and possessions

FedEx Standard Overnight®: next-business-day afternoon anywhere in the U.S.A.*
FedEx Standard Overnight® guarantees the next day delivery by 3pm to 48 states (Hawaii and Alaska excluding) from the day your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you place your order before 12:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) we will ship that same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the following day. Please note that we make every effort to get your order ready to ship from our warehouse as quickly as possible and in most cases we achieve same day shipping or shipping by the following day. However we cannot guarantee that we will be ready to ship your order in this time frame. The cost of freight will be calculated based on the total order weight and the shipping destination.

FedEx 2Day® or FedEx 3Day® by 4.30pm anywhere in the U.S.A. (Dealers only)
Available throughout all 50 states, FedEx 2Day and 3Day are good options when overnight delivery is not needed but you require your shipment within either 2 or 3 days. The cost of freight will be calculated based on the total order weight and the shipping destination.
FedEx International Ground ® to Canada

FedEx International Priority® to Canada
Your goods will be typically delivered in 1-3 business days. The cost of freight will be calculated based on the total order weight and the shipping destination.
Tracking your order
We will email to confirm that your products have shipped within 24 hours of dispatch from our distribution center. The email will include the tracking number provided by our carrier FedEx. Your package/s can be tracked via FedEx’s website.
Note: it may take up to three business days for your order’s tracking information to be available online. Atdec relies on FedEx carriage and requests you contact FedEx directly with questions about the delivery status of your package/s. If you lose your tracking number, please contact our customer service team.
Cancelling or changing your order
You can cancel your order in full only if the shipping process has not been completed. By “shipping” we mean getting your order ready and consigned (products picked, packed, documented, and entered to the transportation process) for collection by FedEx. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible and we normally ship the same day if orders are received before 12:00pm PST. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out. Consequently, we ask you to refuse delivery by FedEx so that it can be returned to us. Once the parcel refused by you has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation email and can request a refund. Your payment will be refunded with the cost of return shipment deducted. To cancel your order, contact our customer service team and quote your order number. If you are unsuccessful in refusing delivery, please follow our returns procedure.
Delivery policies
Your package can be delivered on any working day from Monday to Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
The courier service we use does not offer a restricted-delivery service and may deliver to someone other than the person or entity named as the recipient. The courier may release the package with no signature at a residential address. The courier will attempt to obtain a signature for shipments to non-residential addresses. For FedEx International Ground shipments from the U.S. to residential addresses in Canada, FedEx may release the package without a signature. For FedEx International Ground shipments from the U.S. to non-residential addresses in Canada, FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature.
For Express shipping options to Canada and within the US, where the signature is required, the courier will make up to three attempts at delivery. A notice that delivery has been attempted will be left at the recipient’s address after the first and second attempts.
Refused delivery
If the shipping carton of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Undeliverable packages
An "undeliverable" package is one that cannot be delivered to you for any of the following reasons:
- The recipient's address cannot be located.
- The package was destined for an out-of-delivery location and cannot be forwarded.
- The package is unable to clear Customs.
- The recipient's place of business is closed.
- The recipient is not at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts.
If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it will be returned to Atdec and your payment will be refunded but we will deduct the cost of the return shipment. We will notify you by email that the package is undeliverable. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
