Follow this procedure to return a defective or unwanted product

Returns procedure

To return a product you have purchased or to exchange a defective or "dead (or damaged) on arrival" product, just follow these 4 simple steps:

Orders shipped within the US

Step 1. Fill out the online form to obtain an RMA (return material authorization) number. Whatever the reason of your return you must obtain an RMA number first. Please do not ship your product back without having an RMA number. This will cause significant delays in processing your return.

Step 2. RMA number emailed to you will be valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance. You must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to Atdec, as the Atdec team must physically receive the products within the twenty (20) calendar days.

Step 3. Print the RMA form with the RMA bar code. You will have to present this form at your nearest FedEx location. To find a participating FedEx return System location, go to http://www.fedex. com/locatorreturns or call 1.800.463.3339 and request the nearest location with FedEx Return System.

Step 4. Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged, padded and protected for shipping (no labels should be attached to the product commercial box). Take the packaged return and the RMA form to a participating location and give both to the counter employee. The employee will use the RMA number on the form to produce a shipping label and record the return of the package.

Orders shipped to Canada

Step 1. Fill out the online form to obtain an RMA (return material authorization) number. Whatever the reason of your return you must obtain an RMA number first. Please do not ship your product back without having an RMA number. This will cause significant delays in processing your return.

Step 3. Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged, padded and protected for shipping and the RMA number is clearly marked on the label (no labels should be attached to the product commercial box). You will have to pay for the return freight. Send the package to the following address:
